This PoE converter seems to be well made. It comes in a basic box, and it arrived undamaged. This seems like an alright option, though it has very limited/specific functionality.

Works great. I am using this on a campus where I had some unused fiber to run a couple of POE camreas back to the main building.

If you have a remote location that may be susceptible to lightning, but you can get fiber there, this is a great option for extending a network out into a remote environment. Electrically isolated network with full gigabit speed. The fiber port itself is an SFP so if you need to change it out with a multimode module, you can do so easily. Great for mounting PoE IP cameras where you want to reduce the potential of lightning or static coming into your network.
