EASY & ACCURATE:


  1. Remove 1 strip from bottle and close bottle immediately.
  2. Immerse strip into solution for 2 seconds then remove from solution and hold it horizontally for 30 seconds.
  3. Compare result to recommended range on color chart.

IMPORTANT:

  • Close Bottle Cap Immediately After Taking Strip Out, Do Not Remove Desiccants, Keep Away From Direct Sun Or Moisture, Use Within Expiration Date & Keep Away From Children

When using quaternary ammonium it must be diluted and mixed in water before a test strip could be used as they WILL NOT react to undiluted quaternary. This sanitizing test strips WILL NOT work for Pool Water, Tap Water, Aquariums, Fish Ponds, Bleach or Chlorine Sanitizing Solution, or Iodine sanitizing solutions.

Unfortunately not accurate for us. Tried a few strips from each container we purchased and they consistently read 100 ppm on a 300 ppm solution. Maybe some kind of chemical compatibility issue with the quat we use (spartan brand) but either way can't recommend.

Another review said green. That green means 1-3k ppm. It then gets brown then purple and dark pink into reading zone. They produce consistent results with relative deviation under 25% while dilluting.
