I bought 3 different brand of badges, 1 which does not work, other one I had to press very hard.But this brand is the best I’ve ever seen, I tried like the second one, which I pressed very hard, but it ruined the button. I only apply enough force to hear that click sound, and then released it. It turned out to be so good, would come again if I ran out of buttons

I am new to button making. I like that these come with all parts needed. These seem to be decent quality. Will purchase again. They arrived quickly and were packaged well.

If all you need is the hardware for your 1" buttons (shell & back cover) than they work as expected. They fit perfectly into the little hand cranked machine I have (similar to the first green one in the 1st and 3rd slides). The only thing that I am unsatisfied with are the mylar sheets. It is worth noting that they are advertised as "Clear Film" and not Mylar sheets perse, but if they're being sold in place of them it would lead one to assume they very close to being the same thing. Yes, the clear film in this order does enclose your design and seal everything together, it fogs up your final product. If your goal is detail or your taking the extra effort to print high quality images for your pin, the film will not do it justice. It would probably be best to only use it for practice runs and not for final product if your planning on selling what you're making. However, if that detail is not of importance when selling products, this can be disregarded. But if attention to detail is your thing, this is sure to be an eyesore in the creating process and in the final vision of your pin. If you want better mylar I would recommend spending a couple extra bucks on another set of supplies or ordering them separately to ensure quality.

I needed button making supplies for a last minute event, and went with this product because they offered a large quantity. I have access to two brand-name button makers from a big button making machine manufacturer.I ended up buying three sets of 800, 1.25" supplies. When they arrived, everything looked fine. The next day, I brought them into my studio to make pins and immediately notices issues with the quality and consistency of the materials.The clear sheets that come with this set is supposed to be used in lieu of mylar sheets that come with brand name sets. The listing specifies that it is 'high quality' but in reality it is not at all. First of all, the sheet is not clear - it definitely muddies your image. Second, the sheets aren't cut correctly at all, and I wasn't equipped to cut this type of plastic sheet. My $$$, brand-name, 1.25 inch, all metal, circle punch had a really rough time trying to cut these clear sheets to the correct size. It jammed so much after 5 sheets that I gave up on these because I was afraid to damage the punch.The metal pin components are terrible - in my first batch of 200, I would say a solid 25-30 did not attach properly. Again, I'm using a brand-name button maker that I've never had issues with before using these supplies. To have more than 10% of the pins 'malfunction' is really bad.In the end, I had to purchase original brand supplies for overnight delivery. I had gone with Amazon because I have Prime, but overall I would skip these and just only order from my brand name site going forward and pay for shipping.

These are fantastic buttons!The quality is really good and for the price it cannot be beat. I found no issues when assembling buttons.The seller is very kind so you if you have any questions they will answer them.Do yourself a favor and buy these. You won't regret it.

Several of the middle metal plates came damaged with strange bends in them, and some of the backing didn’t have the pin hook. The top plastic clear sheet becomes wrinkly on the edges, giving an ugly appearance on most of the pins, which I haven’t had a problem with in the past Using different suppliers. Also the pin and hook is difficult to lock in because of how much wiggle room there is. All in all if you want a large supply of cheaply made buttons this is the product for you.
