I have been playing around with solar panels for many years. Back way before portable solar generators were popular and I have bought some panels that were junk. I started buying more expensive panels from RICH Solar and Bougerv for example because they were better quality. I needed a panel to keep my CAN-AM Spyder battery solar charged during the winter months. When I saw this Callsun 100w for $69 I decided to give it a try. It came very well packaged and protected. It looked good and of high quality. I connected it first to a solar generator. It was showing 83 watts in not the best of conditions here in the winter so that wasn't too bad. I now have it connected to a Victron charge controller with bluetooth and I'm satisfied that the motorcycle battery is being taken care of.

Checked the output voltage on a partly sunny day and the VOC was spot on. I have four of these panels that will be installed on my travel trailer this spring to keep my LifePO4 batteries topped off. Looking forward to testing the panels out and may update the review a couple months from now.

I bought some of these a while back and wanted some more but they went extinct. Then I just checked and some are available again. Jumped on the Purchase. I hope they work like the previous batch. I get voltage from them on star filled dark night sky. I start getting battery charge within 45 minutes of sun rise all the way to 2 hours before Sunset. Victron 150/35 plays well with these for a small Off grid system. Powers all my 120 volt circuits .

This panel is quite a bit smaller than a number of my other 100W panels I've tested and it's performing very well so far. I achieved 110W into both my tester and into my power station on a reasonably sunny day today (3/3/25). The black frame is nice and sleek and has corner protectors you can leave on for semi-portable use/protection that don't obstruct the cells. Also like the use of N-type cells for longevity. If 100w is the power range you're looking for I think this is a solid choice for a panel.

I ordered this solar panel for my RV since there is limited space on the roof for panels. This one is 15% smaller than many others so I will be able to fit more panels. It seems solidly constructed and has standard MC4 connectors on the back for easy installation. Overall it's a solid, fairly-priced panel that maximizes your solar output in small installation areas.

About 1.5x the size of the Callsun 50 watt and twice the power. Panel has a rigged construction with a nice deep frame for easy mounting. Junction box on the back is sealed well and connectors are solid. Output in winter at 43 degrees north is just about 100 watts. I have zero complaints!

This 100 watt panel is more compact than most and has a great output. It was perfect to add to my camper with limited roof space for a little more solar power charge to fill my batteries during the day while off the grid!
