This varnish/ glaze is a very good sealant and protectant for air dry clay projects. Some of my students created 3d artifacts with clay or created their own mini tiles for mosaics. The gloss/ glaze was the perfect finishing touch to these pieces. The completed projects had a beautiful glossy finish to them and displayed wonderfully. A little goes a long way, making this product very cost-effective. It was very easy to apply. Just use a clean paintbrush, dip it into the varnish and apply the gloss in thin layers.

So far I love this! One coat and my pieces are super shiny and have a finished look. Waaaaay better than a spray gloss. I highly recommend.

My daughter makes ceramics with air dry clay and it's working out well. The glaze has a minimal sheen overly glossy. It applies nicely and has a smooth finish.
