I used these for a caprese skewer appetizer and the held up very well. The decorative knot at the end is not only a nice touch but easy to grab and hold while eating little bites of food. A few of the knots came unraveled in the packaging so don’t expect a perfect number to be delivered but I thought for the money spent it’s an overall good value. The color is natural wood, the size is good for small bits and I could see these being used for fondue, cheese and meats or small fruit skewers. And, like I mentioned above, because they are completely wood, they are compostable.
