I purchase several things on Amazon and was giving pretty in-depth reviews. From this point on, here's the new agenda…. if it works as advertised, is well made, meets or exceeds the description, is a value, and arrives in a fair amount of time, it will get a "star rating" equal to what my expectations were/are. If it doesn't meet these criteria, then I will most definitely and descriptively tell the short comings of the products and you as a consumer will not have to go through the trouble of buying the product without some background knowledge. If the sell pulls that item and relists under another description, I will put the exact same review on the seller's feedback page. Sellers have done this a couple of times in the past, and I was true to my word then as well as now. DR

Made better than the smaller ones I use more heavy duty. Look great love the color. Easier if you have the pliers made to attach these. You can purchase on Amazon.

These are sturdy eyelets, sturdier than expected. I use these for paper crafting but would be perfect for other crafts as well. Colors are not real bright, a bit subdued but over all a good value.

These are great for thinner materials up to 2mm. The metal is SOFT so you really only need to tap them once or twice. If you hit them too hard, they mangle. Lightweight and professional looking, work as intended for garments but not for leather projects, shoes, etc.

The tops of these grommets are okay, but not great. They do have a nice blackened gun metal look. However, the backs are total trash. The metal is very thin, like about the same thickness of pop cans. You can easily bend them by accident. They're also smaller than any other half inch grommets I've used in the pass. Check the photo for comparison. This makes it extremely difficult to get a perfectly set grommet. I tried 5 or 6 times and just kept getting warped or bent backs. I'm using a higher quality grommet anvil too. And even if you manage to get an acceptable grommet set, it can still be easily bent or warped. I can't recommend these at all.

I had bought a different grommet set from another company ( it was more expensive). However that kit wasn't working very well. I couldn't get a clean edge. They even had to send me another kit, meanwhile I received these. and these worked great. all the edges on the back were smooth and I havent had any trouble. I think they are overall a little heavier duty than the other kit I had tried. They do come in tiny bags so you have to do a little organizing if you want to be able to separate and have easy access. Overall I am happy and will be ordering another kit as I've been using a lot of them. One more note this kit came with 200 more grommets than the more expensive kit.

These were wider than a average grommet. I had to push them extremely hard to get them to work. I will not buy them again. You get what you pay for.

Lo usé para crear unos respiraderos en un sombrero y funcionan bien, quedaron bien, les tengo otras aplicaciones en cuero y lucirán bien. Los colores de los ojales metálicos están bonitos. No batallé. Los ojales son de laminilla, asà que no martilles con tanta fuerza, con unos pocos golpes leves consigues se remache la contra del ojal. Recuerda poner una madera cuando uses el sacabocados, para que no se te amelle el filo. Valen la pena y el precio es bueno. Lo recomiendo. Pon atención en la medida que quieres del ojal, estos son como para ojales de cinturón, son de poco más de 4 mm. Saludos.

Llegó bien, incluso llegó unos dos dÃas antes.Viene la cantidad de piezas que dice la descripción y si sirven, aún que la calidad no es la mejor. Se agarran bien, los usé para hacer unos corsets.A algunas de las piezas color plata se les cayó completamente la capa de pintura que tienen (pero no hay problema ya que siguen siendo color plata debajo de esa capa, asà que no se nota). Con las de colores no pasa lo mismo, simplemente se raspan un poco pero no se les cae por completo el color.La pieza que es para hacer los agujeros simplemente no los hace, tendrÃa que sacarle filo.
