This little gadget took me 2 minutes to assemble and I used it today and I was so impressed! Very light workout with big impact! I love the rep counter! The mat was super small but I had already purchased a bigger mat which arrived with the device for my knees! I am super excited! Great quality and price!!

If this product was built more sturdy I would love it. It works your abs great and is much more comfortable to use than an ab wheel however the bracket the wheels are on are plastic. The plastic flexes causing the wheels to rub after a few reps. Also the pad that comes with it to kneel on is about a cm think and is trash.**update**. The seller reached out to me and sent me another unit free of charge. The replacement unit has held up to daily use. Perhaps the first unit I received was just defective. Due to this development I am changing my rating to 4 stars.

I was skeptical about purchasing this ab roller because of the mixed reviews but I am happy with my purchase. It really gets the job done. Very easy to assemble and easy to use.

I have been seeing this item on social media and fortunately found this item on Amazon that is similar to the item I was looking for. After receiving it and using it, it is worth every penny and worked exactly as described and expected. I highly recommend this item.

With the title said it is a flimsy plastic but it does do a very good job as long as you're careful with it I think of you press too hard or pull too hard on anything it's going to break over overall it does good job
