So, I hate doing sit-ups but work out daily doing a variety of exercises in order to stay in shape. I'm a 58 or old man, 5'10" &180lbs. I'm a "Surfer/Skier kind of guy currently living near Lake Tahoe where my wife and I do a lot of Stand-Up Paddling where core strength is critical. We're heading to Kauai to surf, dive and hike like we do every February. At my age surfer has become more and more challenging so working out daily is a necessity. We have home gym and a membership at the local gym where they used to have sit-up machines to do my sitting crunches but they got rid of them recently so I needed a replacement. This Sun̈ny ab roller crunch machine is great! It's smooth, sturdy, compact and relatively inexpensive. My concern was that it wouldn't totally extend for a full extension of my knees to then pull up to my elbows but as it turns out it does give me total range affording me a great ab exercise. I'm loving it and recommend it 100%. Surfs-Up!!

This item works smoothly but it is hard plastic so it slides from time to time. But it works well on rugs. Just thought a mat could've been helpful.

I got this as a gift for a family member. It is a light material and the plastic seemed cheap nad flimsy. I don't know if I would purchase this again or recommend it.

Prior to purchasing this ab wheel, I did my due diligence and researched the various brands and models that were available on Amazon. After seeing that they all pretty much offered similar features, I went ahead and bought the ab wheel from Sunny Health and Fitness. I am pleased to report that I was not disappointed. I use the ab wheel 2-3 times per week. I leave it in the gym that is located within my work building for others to use. This thing gets dropped, tossed around, and left out. After several months of this type of handling and use, the ab wheel continues to do as advertised. I have no complaints or issues to report. The grip has a textured style to it so your fingers can easily be placed and grip the wheel. There isn't any type of squeaking or instability with the wheel. For the relatively low price in comparison to "fancier" ab wheels, I am very pleased with this product.
