This was bigger than I expected. It has a really good sound quality. The Velcro strips it comes with to attach to the wall is very sturdy. You can pair the machine with your phones bluetooth for music however music is built in, there are multiple speeds and an overall great fun workout. Great product, fun to excerise with.

Fun as heck and reasonable for its size and price. Bought this since it’s winter and I don’t want to go outside much to exercise. This is great since I can just include it in my home gym routine. Pretty neat!

Very fun. Doesn’t match beat of your playlist but you can speed it up or slow it down to make it as intense as you want.The cord isn’t long enough and should be positioned at the bottom of the machine.

Great- fun and physical! My husband was hospitalized for several months and loss muscle , especially in his arms and chest . This was and is a fun way to get that back safely and in our home! Bravo!

I put this up thinking it would be some nice training for boxing/cardio. Honestly a heavy bag is way better. This would be great for a kid though to have some fun while teaching punching boxing skills. I personally did not like the work out as you can't really punch the machine as hard as needed. I would recommend buying a heavy bag and a speed bag instead of this machine. But for a kid this would be a great machine.

The size is good and installation are fine. Issues are lack of responsiveness or sound alert when it is hit. The worse thing is you can't connect to stereo or Bluetooth audio for better sound. Speaker is probably only 5 watts. Would love to connect it to a better speaker or sound system using aux cable. Poor sound impacts workout.
