Controls were pretty easy to figure out and my son loved it. Being able to play music through it is a nice feature. It also has its own stock music to choose from. Great value for what you get!

Now that my son is 15, it's harder to engage him. When I saw this, I thought it would be something he would be interested in away from video games or his phone. He and I both like it, and in a few minutes you can feel yourself getting warm from the workout.I first attached the machine to my wall using the included full adhesive. However, it fell down twice on the first day. The machine was not damaged at all, but I decided instead to use a heavy duty double sided mounting tape to secure the machine. The tape sometimes can take off paint if you don't peel it off carefully. However, it works for me, and I didn't have to put holes in the wall.I like that the punching pads are kind of soft, and my son and my favorite is the sound when you miss a punch. I love the different levels and speeds. I definitely think this is a great gift for a teen to play around with with friends or to get a little extra exercise and hand-eye coordination in. I definitely recommend this machine!

I bought this for my 9 year old grandson for Christmas . He loves it. He is all about fitness and growing his muscles. He is always challenging his brother, together they battle out their strength and have fun doing it.

I bought this as a gift for my son but I am enjoying it as much as he is.I have always liked to workout to music so this puts a new little twist to my workout.My son loves the blue tooth to add his own music and I love the lights and the counter to see how many times I hit it. The different speeds and modes make it so nice to be able to grow into it. We will be enjoying this for a long time. The exercise is kind of an added bonus. If you have someone that doesn't like to workout this might be the perfect thing to help them get a little exercise without even knowing that's what they are doing.

Very Fun device to blow of steam or get a nice little work out. I like that you can connect a phone to it Bluetooth and punch to your music at your speed. But I alsonlike the little games of skill that come on the device itself. Amazon and the company are also very nice and kind if you have any issues or need assistance setting it up. Thank you for a wonderful and fun product.

Product is as shown in the pictures, sound quality is average. No continuation of music/song only when we stops boxing it will play the song. Adhesion is worst, within a week it fell off and broken. For me it's waste of money.

Kids enjoy this boxing machine. The music could be better and the adhesive is not enough to hold it up for very long.
