I bought this for my kids and I and we have enjoyed it to the fullest. Easy to setup sound is very loud and clear connects easily to Bluetooth. The design of this machine is a great size. I have gotten my fast cardio workout in. It's lightweight sticks very easy to the wall or door great value. It has so many functionality different speeds for different levels of workouts. it's extremely fun and enjoyable my kids absolutely love this product highly recommend. It comes with double sided velcro to set up and I loved that it came with adult and kids size punching gloves.

I purchased this after seeing a video online. My shoulders have become achy (especially at night) from sitting to much and too much, and inactivity. I have been trying to get moving. I started with stretching, and resistance bands. I wanted something to move to the next level. I have always liked boxing. And I have always liked the chase the light type games. My mind works fast, and I like pushing the limits.The unit appears built well. It's a little heavier than expected. The pads you hit are rubber, and it takes a little push to put the light out. It took awhile to find a place to hang this in my small villa. I ended up installing on a back of a solid door that leads into my garage. I like that it is easily adjustable, because my wife also loves to use it. It makes a cool sound when you hit the lights correctly. The speed is adjustable, I don't know if I will ever be able to go full speed.It comes with 2 sets of gloves. Kids and adults. I was surprised I could get my XL hands into them. I plan to pick up a better set of gloves to make it more enjoyable for me. The speaker is not great, but I didn't expect it to. The included music is OK, but it's great to be able to bluetooth into it.Note that you do not hit this like a heavy bag! My wife about put it through the door on her 1st hit! It takes a firm tap. The key is to get your distance just right. take a few minutes of going really slow to get the hang of it.Overall. I am happy with the purchase. I've used it for a week now, and I can already feel a difference in the health of my shoulders. It's added a little fun to this stage of my workouts. I'd say this is good for all ages, and skill levels. It would make a cool gift, and a fun party game.

Item does not work as described at all. Punches do not register, you have to hit multiple times to register a hit. Gloves are ridiculously small for an adult. Look elsewhere for a better product of this type..

It’s not bad just smaller than what it looks like in the picture especially compared next to the guy. It’s perfect for kids. I originally got it as a Father’s Day gift for my husband. At first he loved it until we turned it on. Music was extremely loud. When we connected to Bluetooth the volume was extremely low when we had the volume all the way up. If your looking for a quiet work out this ain’t it cause that music it comes with comes on full blast no matter what. Really wish the volume was louder instead when connected to Bluetooth or have a volume button atleast. Oh and the charging port is in the front which is weird why not have it on the side since it’s mounted on a wall. Very light as well not as heavy as we expected. It’s more like a children’s toy and not a boxing machine for adults in our opinion.
