Up on the wall and it’s such a fun boxing machine! The teen boys have a blast with it, boxing to their own music. It’s a practice machine, so I don't let them get crazy and hit it as hard as they can, it’s more for speed training. Make sure you know where you want that Velcro and put it vertically, so it can be moved up and down for height, not right/left, because once it’s on the wall it’s not coming off without ruining drywall! lol

Speakers are great, very easy to use and set up. Velcro is really strong. Great battery life. It’s very fun and makes exercise/boxing fun. Feels very durable and solid.
