This is pretty cool. I would not recommend it for heavier hitters unless you can put it somewhere sturdy like a brick wall behind it. I hung it on my bedroom wall and I should have cut the velcro pieces down as they look kinda stupid and they are probably gonna rip the drywall off if I try to remove them. If you have multiple people that differ in height then the velcro is great how it is. I am a female and just trying to get in some workouts but this is awesome for hand eye coordination for me and strengthening my punches. The wall behind it I can feel moving a bit so I don't hit it as hard as I could. I was a bit confused by the plug as it is in the middle of the machine so I was thinking how could this work plugged in there, but it is rechargable there, it does not plug in permanently. Multiple settings and patterns to try and you can turn the sound on or off. Glad I got this one.

At first glance, the product’s presentation leaves a lot to be desired. The box features a glaringly obvious AI-generated image, which immediately gives off a cheap, rushed impression. First impressions matter, and this detail made me skeptical about the product’s quality before I even opened it.Upon setting it up and giving it a try, I quickly noticed some audio issues. The music is far too quiet, while the hit sound effects are disproportionately loud, making the overall experience less enjoyable. I had also expected the lights to sync with the rhythm of the music, but unfortunately, they don’t. Instead, they simply move from pad to pad at a set pace. While the "modes" button seems to adjust the speed at which the lights switch locations, it doesn't offer any sort of timing-based scoring system—no "perfect," "early," or "late" hits like you might find in a rhythm-based game. The "speed" button also seemed to have no noticeable effect.Despite these shortcomings, the boxing trainer still manages to be a fun and engaging experience. It provides a light workout and a way to release some energy. The inclusion of adhesive Velcro straps for installation is a great touch, allowing for an easy and damage-free setup. Even without the rhythm-based scoring I was hoping for, there is still satisfaction in hitting the targets and getting an instant sound effect in response.Overall, while this product is enjoyable for casual play and light exercise, it doesn’t quite live up to the expectations set by its flashy marketing. If you go into it knowing it’s not a high-precision rhythm game, you’ll likely still have fun—but don’t expect a boxing version of Guitar Hero.

While it's definitely a nice little boxing rhythm game, you can tell its made pretty cheap. The sound is really low so you need to do it with no other loud noises around (like someone watching tv or something). You also have to make sure you have a smooth wall, otherwise the velcro strips will fall soon after you hang it up. Bluetooth works nicely on it and I didn't have any issue setting that part up. The gloves are pretty solid and I liked how they fit on my hands easily. Overall, it's a decent boxing game thats probably meant more for kids then actually working out.

Nice gloves and nice satisfying targets. The music is nice but is definitely better when you use your own music! I hope this review helps and thank you for taking the time tor read it. Should anything notable happen while I use this product I'll update my review for you here. Thank you!

I got this for my wife to try as another option of working out. She loves the combination of music and exercise and using the music to help her stay focused. It was super easy to install this on one of the walls in our workout space, the boxing gloves that come with it are decent and my wife has no complaints so far.
