Install was easy and everything I needed was in the box. The important parts feel like good metal. The price was great. It only comes on when you press down on the black spider web thing and doesnt leak. We love being able to switch between hot and cold water and it really blasts our cups and mugs clean. It even works with our big cups from the movie theater. I will update if anything changes.

This is a solid product with the cold hot settings not found on most. The quality, operation and ease of installation far exceed the cost.

When I first considered making this purchase, I was uncertain whether it was a sensible decision or if I was simply adding items to my cart without much thought. However, now that I have installed it, I’ve found that I use it far more than I ever anticipated. Our busy family of six generates a significant number of cups, and since I've started paying attention to this, the convenience of being able to quickly rinse them out is invaluable. It's not just about quickly prepping them for the dishwasher; I can also wash them, set them aside to dry, and tackle this task in no time.Additionally, the flexibility of switching between cold and hot water is fantastic. It allows me to complete quick rinses or handle more challenging cleaning tasks with ease, depending on what I need at the moment. Plus, I appreciate that I have the option to turn it off when I'm done. Overall, this has proven to be a really worthwhile addition to our home.

I love this thing, it’s made doing the dishes so much easier as I like to set my coffee mugs down next to the sink on the morning without rinsing them. This thing blasts all that dried up sugar and coffee without flinching. Highly recommended. The only negative thing I have to say is that my sink came with a 1 1/8†hole and this required 1 1/4â€. I bought a step drill bit but it crapped out right at 1 3/16†so I had to use a file to manually open the hole up to 1 1/4â€. That isn’t the glass rinser’s fault it was mine for buying a cheap drill bit. Now I know.
