Other Brand Buyer Review:This glass rinser works well, but the shape of the metal tray does not slope downward to encourage water flow, so after rinsing a glass, the water just sits in the tray. This is an issue because it starts to smell. A flaw to an otherwise great design.

Answer:Water jet pressure is a bit surprising that it really does cut dirt like a pressure cleaner.

Answer:Our package includes a T connector.The T-connector conforms to the pipe size of American households.
Question:Does the sink rinser spray work for more narrow neck bottles? About the size of a beer bottle.
Answer:I haven’t tried a beer bottle, but ideal for most drinkware that mouth opening size between 0.6 Inches to 4.2 Inches.
Question:Do i need to punch holes in the sink when installation?
Answer:Yes. If you have two or three holes in your sink, you don't need to drill hole. If there is not, make sure you can make a hole in your sink before ordering the cup rinser.

Installation Detailed Steps
Step 1 & 2
1.Base place on the coutertop holes,slide mounting shank through the base.
2.Slide the shank through the rubber washer and metal support washer.
Step 3 & 4
3.Through the mounting nut,tighten the mounting screws.
4.Link the supply line to the slide mounting shank underside,tighten the angle stop.
Step 5 & 6
5.Thread the 9/16" end of provided supply line to the tee.
6.Thread the faucet supply line to the tee.After supply line is installed, check and retighten the all mounting nut.

This thing is FAR heavier than you may believe. Looks incredibly well built. Incredibly simple, yet so effective. The 6 point pad just sits atop the valve. So no assembly really required above the sink. It’s essentially, self-cleaning. Just use a cup and rinse until it’s clear water. We use it to rinse coffee, cocoa, wine glasses and empty canned food cans. Recycling is dramatically cleaner and the smell has gone away.This install precipitated me deciding to completely rebuild my under kitchen sink plumbing entirely. New ball valves to sink and all drainage pipe past the trap. Most of that was difficult. But the ease of install for this thing was welcomed. Permanently installed upon the braided line for this rinser is a small, yellow plastic install tool. Allows you to crank both ends of the hose onto the appropriate point. These are different sized fittings, so this is an incredibly smart idea. No outside tools needed at all. Again, we LOVE this thing. So helpful.

We’ve had this for almost 2 years and it’s absolutely awesome. Perfect to clean kids cups or baby bottles. It’s not to big and looks great. Installation was pretty easy , there’s also YouTube videos that show you step by step. I’m impressed on the durability especially when the sun is beating on it most of the day.

This is the BEST option for a cup rinser on Amazon. I've had one that was cheaper and no name but it just wasn't long enough to fit through all the way of our granite countertop so it was difficult to get the supply line hose connected.Did some searching and this specific cup rinser stated it was longer for granite counter tops and it's PERFECT. It's so much easier to install as well, the two screws to secure the rinser base down from the underside of the counter is such a better design than a normal locking nut. The sprayer is powerful and easy to activate. Seriously this is the best option for the price, just go for this one. I regret ever fiddling with the other ones.

Installation was relatively easy, except ... the tee connector leaked at the connection to the water supply block valve. The leak was out the top of the nut on the tee. Tried several times, but no success. Went to Lowes and bought a new tee ... no problem. Also the item was described as buy one, get one. I guess that was correct. I bought one, and only got one. Call to Amazon took care of this .. sent me another.As far as the washer, works great I imagine there will be something that it won't get perfectly rinsed, but hasn't happened yet.

Purchased in April of 2024 has worked well until a few months ago. Very well versed in plumbing and installed correctly. I clean the rinser every time I do dishes. Now over time of us; I go to rinse a cup and the rinser stays on it is a challenge to get it to click off. I have gotten rinsed a few times myself also had water shoot onto the ceiling of the kitchen. It might be something internal. However it is really not as usable and convenient as it once was before. Which is a let down should have bought name brand like Delta etc. however this price was attractive guess I learned my lesson.

Works great! Very happy with my purchase. Works better than expected. I like using it for the reusable bottles that we have. Would have easily been 5 star but the t fitting included leaked. Quick trip to the hardware store and it was done. Everything else feels like great quality, much better than the price would suggest. Would very much recommend
