Nice quality, surprisingly light, good training:This product is pretty well made and can absorb frequent strikes without taking on damage. The product is also surprisingly light, which makes it easy to install on a wall but means the product won't be able to absorb too much power, so make sure the wall you use is well suited to take on a lot of punishment. The product's training features are great for reaction times and speed training, but the lightweight nature of the product means it's not ideal as a replacement for a heavy punching bag, but works great as a complementary training tool.Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend.

I really wished we had a gym near us, because we don't have room in our home for a home gym. This is a great answer! I'm happy with the work out it gives and the gloves and game are comfortable and fun to use. I wish there was a better hanging option vs the giant sticky pad on the back, as I don't want to damage my walls, but my husband found a way to use the velcro straps with a couple of screws. I've made this into a fun game to challenge myself and my daughter so we keep eachother going!
