So glad I decided to order this. My light went out and I was going to hire someone. However, it was suggested to change it myself. So, ordered it and it was simple, working great months later. Saved money.

There is something goofy about our Whirlpool fridge and once a year having to replace lights. It has nothing to do with this product and I'm happy that we were able to get this fast from Amazon and it was nice and cheap. We were able to light up both the freezer and the fridge. Just an FYI that when the refrigerator light is not working the freezer light will also not work.

*Update* The seller reached out to me immediately and provided me a full refund and offered replacement product. Due to Amazon’s policies, I couldn’t accept the replacement, BUT they did make the offer in attempt to correct the issue.I really should have looked more into this, but it’s just an empty control board that you need to finagle yourself. Unfortunately, I am not an electrician and have no clue what I’m doing. To the layman, this is purely impossible and I’ll need to send back.I’m giving it 3 stars because it was a perfect match to the one I currently own and the price-point was extremely favorable in comparison to the ready-to-install option. The quality didn’t seem any different to the manufacturer one that is currently flickering like a strobe light. I have a feeling that those continuing to experience that issue after installing this probably have a loose connection somewhere.Product was exactly as featured and I have no doubt that if I was able to assemble it, it would give me no issues. However, due to the lack of clarity that this needed to be self-assembled, I had to detract two stars since now I have to go out of my way to return.

I bought this light to replace the one that had gone out in my refrigerator. Installation was easy enough. While it was working, it was bright enough to illuminate the whole fridge. About 2 months after installation, it started flashing when you would open the fridge. Now, 3 months after installation, it does not even turn on. I would recommend a different product if you expect it to last longer than 3 months.

Whirlpool Mod: WRS325FDAW04, Ser: HR71317701One day I opened the refrigerator and the lights were at half normal brightness and checking the freezer no lights at all. I checked at Whirlpool and they suggested replacing the entire freezer light fixture for $175. Not even sure that would solve my problem I decided I could live without lights.Then I found this unit for so much less it seemed worth the trie. And it sure was, plugged it in and refrigerator and freezer lights are like new, it is magic!

Lots of W10515057 LED lights on Amazon but this one is the only one with a 3 year warranty!The light in the freezer side of our Whirlpool side-by-side fridge stopped working and a week or so later both lights in the refrigerator side stopped working. It was tricky to one-handed unplug the old LED and then plug-in this LED because of the narrow compartment but it worked. When I turned the power back on all 3 LEDs were rapidly flashing. After I replaced the W10515058 LED on the top of the refrigerator side, all of the lights were working properly. Apparently the W10515058 assembly provides power to both of the W10515057 LED lights.Would buy again.
