Probably not for everyday use (painting, chemical use or construction particles). However if you want one for a fire, dangerous gas or other unplanned emergencies it does the trick. Fits well air tight.

I hope I never have to use, but in case we need to use, it fits comfortably and you can actually breeze well when using it.

I do crack repair on pools, cutting and replacing plaster etc, this mask is great, saving my lungs from all the contaminants. I highly recommend, and u can get replacement filters at ur local hardware store, if need be.

I placed my hand over the front center and breathed in and leakage occurred not really bad but leaks. I have a true Israeli gas mask and when I cover the front filter hole I cannot breathe in no leaks. I don't think it's major and the filter requires less pressure than sealing off completely. But a leak is a leak.

I used it while spraying chemical and it worked out fine. Make sure you have right filter for process if using chemical.
