I got this to put a striplight in my ceiling. It worked really well and looks great! The plastic cover wasn't difficult to put in, but it was difficult to get a clean line of mud and paint around the edges.

This can be a little tricky to install when running parallel with the ceiling joists or wall studs . You will need to install some wood after cutting the channels in the drywall or else there is nothing to screw the channel to. When running perpendicular to the joists or studs you can screw it every 16â€. If installing correctly it looks very clean when finished. . If your making any corners just buy the premade 90s. It’s hard to miter exactly

The idea is nice, but the thin plastic cover does not fit inside the metal track. After months of prep, installing the metal track, the mud and texture followed by painting , just to ruin the ceiling finish trying to place the covers on?! Why was this designed so poorly. It could be such a great product, but it simply doesn't work and no one should buy this.

These led profiles are fantastic because you can create the design that you prefer, you have to be curious so that a nice job is left, they are not easy to install since you have to open a hole in the surface where you are going to place them, they take work but when you finish the job it looks spectacular

This product is useless if you have a miter saw. It's only small parts cut at 45°. The four pieces come unassembled and there are no connectors to attach them together. Having known, I would not have ordered this product.
