I’m super impressed with this pruner! It cuts through branches that my hand pruner can’t tackle, even hardwoods. The extension pole makes it super easy to clear out those pesky volunteer trees from my shrubs without bending down. It does warm up a bit with a lot of use, but that just means it’s doing its job. It never lost power or weakened at all. To see if it can cut a branch, just slide it into the bottom of the blades near the machine. If it fits, just pull the trigger, and it’ll cut right through. It comes with two batteries, a charger, a nice carrying case, an extra chain, and the extension pole, which is great for trimming lower branches too. The blades are replaceable and can be sharpened if you have the right tools. I did a ton of research and watched videos before picking this one, mainly because it weighs under 2 pounds, so I can use it all day without getting worn out. It’s small enough to maneuver easily in trees, and the battery lasts a long time. It arrived well-packaged and fully charged, so I could dive right in and use it. The extension rod is sturdy and easy to attach, and I’m really happy with it!

This pruner is super sturdy and well-made. It’s a bit heavy, which shows it’s not a cheap tool. The extension works great when fully stretched out. Most one-inch branches cut easily, but some tougher ones took a few tries. The battery lasts a good while—at least until I’m worn out from pruning! The pole length is just right for a cordless pruner. I really recommend this one; it has the longest reach, and the description is spot on. Unlike other pruners that say they have a 12'' reach but are really under8''(including your arms), this one is exactly as advertised. It’s lightweight with an aluminum pole, and the grips are comfy. The off-hand grip is padded, and the trigger hand area is spacious, so it feels safe to use. You just have to double-trigger the shears to get them cutting, which takes a little getting used to since releasing the trigger resets it. Just make sure to hold it long enough to finish the cut. It even comes with tools to adjust the blades. Overall, this product exceeded my expectations!

For the value, this is a very well made lopper. Very easy to use and cuts one inch and under branches like butter. I think the battery is fine. I went thru so much brush so fast it was hard to tell. The only issue I might have is the safety feature. There is a non use shutoff. If you stop using to pick up branches etc. The lopper goes to sleep. And it takes several seconds to get it going again. I push the power button off and on, but there's a 30 to 45 second power up delay. Other than that, this lopper is well worth the discounted price.

Very sturdy. A bit awkward to use, what with the weight on the far end, and the fact that you have to push two buttons simulaneously to get it to cut, but so far that's my only complaint. I was able to try it out today - i bought it because my next door neighbor's tree branches are not only hanging over the propertly line, but over our patio roof, and I needed something to cut em back with. I bought a pole saw along with this, and I'm using the two of them to handle this tree situation. This one doesn't extend as far as I need, so I'll have to use my ladder to get to the brances above our patio, but it seems to work just fine. Cuts easily and quickly as long as you don't go for something that's too think. Battery already had a charge on it, which was great. I was anxious to try this out during a break we've got in a couple of winter storms. So hopefully I've saved us a bunch of money by not having to hire a professional tree trimming crew. Will update this as time goes on, if I have any problems with it. UPDATE FEB 19 - i used it today with a ladder, as my neighbor has some higher thin branches hanging over our patio roof. I was able to get most of what i needed done, the rest will be cut with my longer pole saw. It's probably a bit risky to do this, but it can be done. Your shoulders will be sore afterwards though, due to the weight at each end.

I had high expectations for this tool, and it definitely exceeded them. I recently had to take down a big 7 foot fire bush next to my garage, and I did it the hard way—cutting down each trunk one by one. By the time I was done, I had a huge pile of branches, about 5 feet tall. I bought this tool to cut them into smaller 7 pieces, and it worked great. I ended up with another 3 foot pile of twigs too! Honestly, I had a blast using it—I just sat outside for hours trimming, and time flew by. I had to stop to recharge the battery eventually, and it was getting dark anyway. The next day, I finished the rest of the branches. These pruners are fantastic! My garden’s a bit wild with lots of overgrowth, and they’ve been perfect for cutting through dead branches, brambles, and even roots as I add new plants. They can only handle so thick, but they’re super solid. I love how easily they cut through everything—like butter—just be careful with your fingers! Getting started was a bit tricky, but once I figured it out, they were super easy to use. The battery life is solid, and the fact that it comes with a backup battery is awesome—just swap them out so there’s no downtime!

So far this tool has been adequate. It allows the user to reach branches a normal lopper couldn't and can be used as a small handheld for accessible plants. The main drawback of this is a lack of power as it struggles to cut 3/4" tree branches. For the price it can be a useful tool.

Out of the box I was easily able to prune very effectively. The pole extension is very helpful as I am not able to climb a ladder anymore. Highly recommend this system.

I wasn't able to try these out in the first 30 days, so I missed the return window. THEY DON'T WORK AT ALL!!!
