I was impressed by the weight of these units; they feel quite a bit lighter than my existing drill & driver. I really like the dimpled grips quite a bit as it provides for both a comfortable grip yet enhances my hold on the drill. The light up front is another nice touch. Speed control was very good on both units. They only include one battery and one charger. I'm okay with just a single charger but two batteries are a must for the work that I do. Fortunately, they do have batteries for you to purchase at less than $25 each.If you are someone that literally only needs a drill / driver for the occasional task and are okay with switching the one battery between tasks, then yes, I would definitely recommend this set. If you are someone like me that is constantly changing between a drill and a driver and don't want to be swapping batteries you'll need to purchase a second one.

so like most things this has pro and cons, got this to help with lathe work, so my uses will be short small uses, here is what I have found in the use of of the drill and impact driverlets start with the bit set, its alright over all, there are some bits I dont understand for an impact driver, very likely to strip the screws there are a few base line bits that are not here, like a square bit (very commonly used by me for stuff) the bits seems good, did not have noticeable wear this is after forcing 10 screws to strip to test thisok so now the impact driver, this one is meh to ok, it has no torque/speed settings so it will easily strip a screw if the bit is at all loose, for me this is not to big of a problem mainly using it for hex head screws for materiel mounting, but would be nice to have even just a high/low setting to help not ruin softer screwsalright now onto the drill, its over all the better of the two tools, having torque selector, a high/low speed setting, and a over all better tool balance when used (the impact is back heavy) no drill bits came with it so tested it with my drill bits for pen making, range from 2mm -10mm the chuck did not like the 2/3/10 mm drill bits, those sizes would slip and just stop with the chuck still turning, so it likes 4mm-9mm range of size, the chuck is ok, for the price it aint that bad, but if it uses standard size chucks likely can replace it with something better for about $10, so now onto the power, this bit is kinda a wild card, depending on the bit size it can do about 1inch to 2inchs without problems, it might do better with better bits but these are what I will be using it with so thats what was used in testing, using the 5mm bit drilled holes into three types of wood to test use on soft/med/hard the woods were pine, oak. and ornamental pear (the pear is the cracked bowl blank in the photo with all the drill holes in it) worked fine with all threeand now the bag, this one is poor meh, its cheap and smelly and is not sized right for these tools to fit well in here, I have found one setup that gets everything in there and its kinda a pain to redo it each time you use it, will 100% be replacing this with something a bit stronger and likely taller so I can rest the drill/impact in a way that lets me remove one without messing up everything else placementok now the TLDR ok set for basic homeowner use/minor repairs, has some problems/limitations but could do alot worse for the cost, would get something a bit better if you plan to use for long sessions, and replace the bag ASAP

This is a great drill kit and is at a great price. You get a drill and an impact driver with a battery. It does only have one battery, but you can get others or just keep the one charged up. Also comes with a bit set. This works really well and is a lighter version, which can be great for those who either do not like the heavier units or have a lot to do. It is a 20v unit and has the torque I am used to with my other drivers. Nice!!

only have a few issues with this, the chuck is difficult to tighten which results in the bit sometimes spinning inside it, not a problem drilling into wood but steel is a different story. the bag could be a bit larger, all the components barely fit inside. could use an extra battery.both the drill and impact have plenty of power, especially for small jobs. i like that they are small and easy to handle. the bit kit is handy too.overall a good set, perfect for home jobs.

The Bielmeier 20V cordless drill/driver combo kit comes with a drill, a driver, a 1 1/2 amp hour battery, slip on charger, driver bits accessory kit, attachable belt holders for the drill/drivers and a carrying bag. The drill and driver are light weight and work well for light work and I'm keeping in mind that these are made for light work while reviewing these. Do not expect to do professional construction work with these tool. The bit accessory kit is nice and it's case locks securely. The driver has only one impact setting but the drill has a nose dial for it's clutch setting. The battery charger is the slip on kind with no features but it works. The let down in this kit is the bag. It's cheaply made, doesn't look good and the tools have to be rotated to just the right position to fit in. Keeping in mind this is for light use, this would be a nice smaller size set to keep in the house for simple uses when you don't need the power of the professional grade tools.

The drill set feels very well made, it is surprisingly heavy for the size. It comes with all the standard attachments. It is perfect for the small projects. Speed control and light are nice additions. I don't think I will be using the bag that came with the kit.
