I use these daily for FECs and they have been washed and sterilized many, many times. Great quality, no rust or corrosion. I am extremely happy with this purchase. So many options for what tool I need. The price was very reasonable.

As they are stainless and sturdy, I use these in food prep in association with a milligram scale for powders like sucralose. It's not really possible to get an accurate measurement with them because there is no leveling possibility, but it still gets me close. With one application, I aim for an ideal of 400 mg and it eyeing it will get me between 350 and 420.They are also pointed enough that I can push the spoon back down into the powder without compressing it, therefore saving me the step of identifying the right spoon or washing it afterward. It stays in the container.

I got these to spoon dye powder out of containers; they work much better than plastic spoons because the dye doesn't seem to cling to them quite as much. I like that some of them are long with spoons on both ends and some are short, with little spatula ends. They aren't good for measuring precise amounts, though (too shallow to level properly) but for scooping up approximate quantities they work great.I took off one star because they aren't particularly smooth and when wiping them off between powders, they tend to tear the paper towel.
