This thing is pretty handy. There are two buttons, one for the LED and one for the USB/120v AC output. The LED light that is decently bright and has an actual aluminum heatsink on the back vs a fake generic plastic one or none at all. The other button works like this: Press it once and the USB ports turn on, press it twice and the AC output is enabled. I didn't max out the AC output, but it did work on the few lighter draw items I tried such as a laptop charger and a 60 watt incandescent lamp no problem. There's a small fan on the back of the unit that seems to be temperature controlled. Over all, this is a great addition to any Milwaukee M18 collection.

Just what I needed for my work truck. I exclusively use Milwaukee tools, and I have a large collection of batteries for them. On long days on the job site, my laptop and/or cell phone frequently get low on battery, and power isn't always available; this is perfect; I can fully charge either one or both when driving or using them out in the field. Good, fast USB charging. It's well made and seems like very good quality.
