Seller contacted me after my initial post and resolved the issue. Thank you!Both sensors received are exactly the same. These are duplicated upstream sensors and this kit does not include the downstream sensor.

*seller contacted me and offered full replacement, unfortunately I had already purchased one elsewhere and they offered refund. Appreciate the business and trustworthiness.*One of the sensors went out after less than a month. Code P0135 GM. Other sensor still good hopefully it last.

I needed one oxygen sensor. I changed one oxygen sensor. after two days of use, I received a low-voltage code and slow response code. I installed the other new oxygen sensor. Hopefully this one lasts longer than two days.

Purchased a 2 pack of these sensors. I didn’t have time to install them when I received them. When I did finally install (about a month later) my truck started flashing a check engine light. The code indicated that one of the sensors that I just installed was no good.I ended up spending double the cost to get a new one from a local store. Unfortunately I can’t leave a good review or contact the seller because I took too long to install the sensors (past the 30 day return window).
