There are some minor differences between these replacement parts and the original, but everything fit perfectly and functioned the same as the original parts. some parts like the tri-brushes look exactly the same as the original and I could not see anything different at all. Other items were only slightly different, for example, the vacuum bags had the exact same plastic connector, but the replacements were just lacking the "Roborock" text, but the bags themselves were a little different, you can see the stitching is a different style. Also, the rollers were nearly identical, but the ends were made a little differently. I did not notice any difference in performance at all, and I'm very happy with this replacement set.It does come with a tool to help clean out the machine and the dock, and I found that helpful. I had been running my S8 Pro Ultra in Mop & Vac mode, where it vacuums ahead of the mop, but I figured out that this isn't a great idea, because when it overlaps, a lot of the dirt it's vacuuming up is damp and it sticks to everything, so now I'm doing vacuum first, then Mop, so the vacuum doesn't vacuum up damp dirt.It also comes with a little Phillips screwdriver to change the tri-brush, but it just wasn't large enough to get the screw loose... but no big deal, I just used a regular screwdriver.I'm very happy with how everything fit and how well it performed in my S8 Pro Ultra, I haven't had any issues with these replacements at all, and it's a great cost effective option

Kit is great for parts except the mop pads are too small for the S8. Returning it

Decent kit that has everything you need in it for when it's time to update the used accessories of the Roborock S8 pro. One thing of note - these do NOT fit the basic. Just the Pro. Please be aware of that and make sure you order the right one. The seller is very clear about that.With 23 pieces in this kit, and a decent price, it comes in a clear resealable plastic bag. Parts fit well, but the Hepa filter material seems a bit thin. It snaps in place well, but I haven't had the opportunity to give it a really decent check as upright vacuums really pump out air (you can tell if it has a true HEPA), but the robot vacuums are very low to the ground with less air output. It's not as noticeable.Ultimately, pieces like these tend to be expensive when OEM. Kits like these help us maintain our expensive robot investments without breaking the bank. I'm pretty satisfied with everything in the kit and it should last a long while.
