Overall, the mop is exactly as advertised except for some cut strings, which is why I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 stars. These cut strings are surly not a reason to return the mop as I'm sure it will still function normally. I simply tied together the cut/loose strings.The mop dimensions are as follows (see pictures): - Total length: 36 inches - Width at headband: 6 inches

My husband had a janitorial service years ago and will only use a big mop. He was very pleased when I ordered that for him as the last one was losing some as the strings when he mopped. We think this will be better as the strings are looped and it should last longer.

We have a large great room, all tile, and this is the only logical way to clean that floor. This mop head is the largest, most absorbent I have ever used, by far. Will never buy any other product now.
