I actually was skeptical about this product, I'm actually a really hard to please person. sometimes I confess I'm a Karen😅 but I just can't say anything bad about this. Don't pay attention to the negative comments about how ugly were the colors, about how the colors faded away while using them, about how cheap they look and that they reap apart to the touch. NOT THE CASE!! SHIPPING WAS EXTREMELY FAST, THE PRODUCT ITS AMAZING, DOESN'T FADE, BEAUTIFUL COLORS, VERY RESISTANT FOR ANY PROJECT. THEY LOOK LIKE A HIGH END PRODUCT NO ONE WILL NOTICE IT WAS JUST .50 CENT A PIECE. THIS EASILY WILL PAST AS A 5.99 METALLIC THREAD!!!! IM JUST SO EXTREMELY PLEASE!!!! I SO EXITED I JUST FOUND THIS TREASURE.MY CAMERA ITS ACTUALLY NOT THAT GOOD BUT THE COLOR ARE REALLY VIBRANT AND STUNNING IN PERSON. WON'T REGRET I PROMISE.

This package contains every color that I need. I am very happy that I purchased it. The metallic floss is a little hard to work with, but then all of the metallic floss that I have worked with is a pit hard to work with. You just have to use shorter pieces of floss so that is does not tear, tangle or fray from going through the material. If need to I would buy this again.

This thread is beautiful to work with of craft projects other than embroidery. The strands go all different directions making it impossible to thread through a needle unless using only one strand. The metallic finish tends to rub off on the fabric as it goes through repeatedly so you can only work with very short cuts.The picture included is one way I ended up using the thread by jazzing up our Christmas ornaments.

This product is perfect for adding a little sparkle to any project. Texture is quite like Christmas tinsel. Remember that it won't embroider like cotton thread. Best to put on a spool in advance if use. Keep strands shorter than you'd normally use, to avoid tangling and breaking. Knots are very easy to undo. It will catch on cotton threads, which also can be avoided with shorter strands.

I was checking into buying the major name brand product, but then I came across this lot of metallics for about 80% less than what I would have paid. The colors are bright and bold, and they catch the light really well. Texture is a bit soft, and slightly less quality than the major brand. However, I'm still really happy with this purchase!
