Look, I'm not saying I'm a hoarder, but let's just say my moving process looked less like a sophisticated relocation and more like a Jenga game played by a squirrel on caffeine. I had boxes of books teetering precariously, threatening to topple and bury me alive under a mountain of first editions and questionable romance novels. The bottom boxes, bless their cardboard hearts, were starting to buckle under the pressure like I do at a family reunion.Enter these glorious Reinforced Cardboard Edge Protectors! At 24" tall and with a mighty 2" x 2" footprint, these white knights of the packaging world arrived just in the nick of time. They're like the Atlas of the box world, stoically bearing the weight of my questionable life choices.I shoved these bad boys into the corners of my sagging boxes, and BAM! Instant structural integrity! Suddenly, my leaning tower of packing was transformed into a fortress of fortitude. The boxes on the bottom went from looking like they were auditioning for a pancake commercial to standing tall and proud. Now, not all my boxes were a perfect 24" tall, but that was no problem for this DIY warrior. A quick buzz with the saw (okay, maybe it wasn't that quick... I did set off the smoke detector. Twice.) and they were perfectly customized to fit.Seriously, these things are heavy-duty. I'm pretty sure I could use them to brace a small building, or at least fend off a rogue squirrel attack. If you're moving anything heavier than air, save your sanity (and your back) and get a pack of these. They're worth their weight in gold... or at least in slightly-used paperbacks. Highly recommended!

This will work great to protect the edges of some very large cartons that require banding. They are stiff enough, wide enough, and strong enough to protect the cartons from damage.

Good added protection for shipping. Use it to help make sure my items don't get crushed and protect the corners of boxes. They are pretty tough and probably impossible to cut with scissors - I use a wood saw to cut them to size when needed.

Came completely undamaged due to being shipped in a perfectly sized box for the stack. Ends are all still crisp. Quite rigid and study although the layers aren't adhered to each other, so you lose a small bit of rigidity on the ends. 5.7oz each (this is for the 24"x2"x2"x0.16" version). Will definitely help resist corners from getting bashed in.

These are such a must-have item - whether you are moving or stacking boxes for long-term storage, these corners give you greater stability and protection to ensure that whatever is inside stays in good shape. I occasionally even use them when shipping heavy items for the same reason. They are a good length to begin with, but I also find them fairly easy to cut down if I need a smaller size. Overall, I'm quite pleased with these and don't hesitate to recommend them.

I sleep days so I need my room blackout dark. I purchased blackout blinds, and blackout curtains and still light came around the edges. They sell PVC light blockers for this use, but they come in longer lengths that they expect you to use some kind of saw to cut down to size. When I saw these, I wondered if these might work. Well, they do, and they do a good job. I was able to put 3 across the bottom, and 3 around the other part of the windows, including the window air conditioner. And because of the openings around the AC, moisture does get in. Not a lot but enough that, by the end of winter, it damages the cardboard. However, this comes with plenty to replace it. I'm pleased with how this turned out.

I am a professional fine artist and I pack my paintings more than I like. With these edge protectors, my paintings are protected and secured to ship. When you need the edge protection either for your TV or large mirrors, these will do the job right.Sometimes, I even overlap the corners. So, the entire edges including the corners are protected.

These are very thick, heavy, and durable. They will work perfectly for protecting the edges of the items I ship and my electronics and larger frames while I'm moving them to a new home.
