This was a stressful situation. FedEx lost my package and when I finally got it parts were damaged and some missing. I contacted sell and parts were sent. Product is solid and well made and was easy to set up. The seller was friendly and customer service was great.I unfortunately couldn't end up using it for what I needed it for and am in the return process. I wasn't please about paying for shipping but what can ya do. I would order from this seller again because the quality was there and product is extremely nice.

Because the clips didn’t fit properly, they wouldn’t slide into the shelf. Luckily I had some spares from another unit and was able to assemble it. I really do like the wire table for my small fridge.

I love how sturdy and elegant this is. It makes my pantry more effective for getting organized with bins. It's great and functional.

This is the second item purchased in 2024 where there were missing parts. In this case, four split bushings that secure the legs to the shelf. A set of replacement bushings were ordered and received 48 hours later and the shelf fully assembled as designed. Come on you guys! Where's the quality control before shipments are made?

Without legs it is absolutely useless for me. I requested the missing parts. I will update my review when/if I receive the legs.Update: just received the legs (took almost 2 weeks though); the unit looks good and sturdy. If you receive just top too, contact the vendor - I got reply almost instantly with apology. Yes, the legs arrived pretty late, but it could be just FedEx' fault.
