Arrived complete except for assembly instructions, 1 of the 8 needed nuts, and 2 of the 8 needed white plastic washers. I assembled it OK, though one support is missing a washer, and I can't use the last one at all. There is a sheet showing the overshelf assembled, so I didn't NEED step-by-step instructions, but they would have been nice. Comes with 6 pairs of screws I didn't need; they close the S-hook holes if you choose not to use the included S-hooks. I contacted the seller about the tiny missing parts, and they replied promptly saying they'll send them (and that the washers aren't essential). When the parts arrive, I'll install the final support, update this review, and award a 5th star.
