Usage: Before using the feeler gauge, clean the surface of the feeler gauge with a clean cloth.

After use, the feeler gauge should be wiped clean, and coated with anti-rust oil, and then the feeler gauge should be folded back into the clamp frame to prevent the feeler gauge from rusting, bending, deformation and damage;

This is a very good quality feeler gauge set. Still haven’t double check the thickness with a gauge but out of the box they are just what any technician looking to take precise measurements of hard to reach places needs. Clear thickness markings, pouch is a little flimsy but it keeps the dust and dirt of them none the less.

I had to put points in a vintage small engine.Thanks to the narrowed ends of the gauges, I was able to get to the points ,going straight in perpendicular with clearance.

these are great gauges. would be a 5 star review if the nut to tighten or loosen the handle were knurled or a wing nut. It can be difficult to loosen the small hex nut with fingers when you want to rotate a specific gauge.

Nice assortment of thicknesses. Fairly narrow tip. Good for Gunsmithing or automotive work.
