This is a quite nice cable and it's reassuring that it is labeled with a Intertek ETL certification on it. The extra 30M/50F adapter is a quite handy if a NEMA 14-50R is not available. Note that the turning radius of the cable is somewhere in the realm of 4-8inches depending on how tight it's pulled, so purchasing a longer cable may be advisable to ensure you aren't "short cabled". The locking mechanism did work with other SS2-50Ps and various other interconnects, which can be a pain point for some non-compliant 50A gear.I would note that the item weight is incorrect on the listing - the cable alone weighs close to ~17LB. The cable and other accessories likely weigh in just a tad under ~20LB. It's also worth noting that this cable doesn't have a center guidance pin, while others do - not sure of the reason behind this but it's clearly not a compatibility issue for most (if not all) SS2-50P's. The large reusable cable tie that came with is too short if the cable is coiled too tightly, and has issues remaining locked, so it's functionally worthless, which is a bit disappointing.Note that the cable is 6/3 (conducting) + 8/1 (ground) awg, which I did not see on this listing.

If you have just one RV power cord it should be a long one because one is never sure how close the power might be to where one needs to connect, but this 25 foot cord is great to have as well. It comes with it's own case for storing and carrying. It has a 50 amp connector plus a 30 amp adapter. There is a tie piece to hold it if you wish and are strong enough to get it around the cord and fastened.The bag appears to be plastic lined to protect against dust and moisture. The edges along the zipper are unfinished and can get in the way when closing the bag . A good addition to have around.

Love this cord, sturdy and comes with a nice bag. Unfortunately the zipper on the bag broke within 3 months. My husband is very careful so I know it wasn't because of misuse.

I good 50 amp cord is a must for camping. This cord comes in a nice bag for storage when not in use. The 90 degree angled plugs on both ends are great for reducing pressure and keeps the cord from pulling out of the receptacle. The adapter may come in handy at some point. The cord tie makes it easy to carry the cord since this is a hefty cord, probably a good 10 lbs. by my estimate. The red and black color makes it easy to see and prevents tripping. The insulation holds up well to abrasion and cleans up easily.

My wife and I are blessed to have a nice travel trailer that is on 50 Amp service. All the items are of high quality and are as advertised.

The RVPLAN 50 amp cord is heavy duty. When I first got the Amazon package, I was surprised how heavy it was. Its substantial, so I know it will last for a long while. The cord is made of high-quality materials and its plugs are a 14-50P to SS2-50R cord with an adapter for 30 amp. Having the extra carrying bag is a big plus, to keep everything all together.

This is a very thick and heavy duty cord with solid end pieces. It locks into my inlet box perfectly and the 25' length gives me a few options for different locations to run my generator. Comes with adaptor plugs and a decent bag. The bag is fine but the zippers are of lower quality and feel like they are made of soft metal that could break easily. Not a bit deal because I don't plan on getting in the bag all that often. Overall I'm very pleased with the quality of the cord.
