I purchased these pans to try something new before the holiday season. I haven't baked in them yet but we have used them as condiment dishes for meals. They hand wash up nice, they are solid and the amount you get was definitely worth the price.

I seasoned them with vegetable oil (look it up!) so that the pasteis de nata will cook a bit faster. Nice molds.

The molds are good enough though the tart/puto still stick to it even after wiping it with oil prior steaming
