After I made the tarts, it said be sure not to use dark pans, but they were a perfect bake.

I got these to make individual quiche, just big enough for myself and sharing with my toddler. They are the perfect size, feel quality in my hands, and appear to be truly nonstick. I'll be testing them out soon and can update my review with additional info.

I love these!!! They make the cutest little tarts and they are really, truly NONSTICK! Even the most fussy tart crust releases with no trouble! Adorably small but there are enough of them that you don’t have to waste filling!They heat evenly and clean up easily! Very happy with this set!

I got these specifically so that I could make a fruit tart. It is one of those things that I have always wanted to try making, and I’ve never been able to these pans are wonderful as I think that they will actually come out of the pan with the bottom that lifts it’s really nice and I just think that it’s a really good design and even the material for me is like thick but heavy.

This is a 6 pk of 4" round mini fluted tart pans with removable bottoms, that will make removing the tart from the pan so much easier. The pans are also nonstick. They are made from heavy duty carbon steel material. I will be making fruit flans in the near future and will update on how they turn out.

I ordered these for a breakfast brunch I was having. I wanted to make little individual quiches. They were the perfect size. Especially if someone wanted to try more than one flavor, they were small enough not to be too filling. Clean up is simple and the the removable bottom makes getting the shells out quick and easy.

I’ve only use these once so far, and they did work pretty much as expected. The nonstick coating work as if should, and they baked fairly evenly. Really, the only issue I have is that they are quite thin. It’s not that they don’t work, but I do wonder how they are going to hold up over time? It would not surprise me if they get bent accidentally or warped from heat. So far so good, but again, I wish they were made out of slightly thicker metal.

These little fluted tart pans are great and are the perfect size for individual tarts/tartelettes. I found that they bake well, are truly non-stick (although I still buttered them) and clean easily.I used them to make some apple tarts (French style) and baked them in my air fryer. Two of these fit easily in one basket of my Dual Zone 10qt Ninja air fryer. Sadly, I could not fit 3 but it was very close.I have a large tart pan with removable bottom and really like it so when I saw these I could not help ordering them. I have no regrets. I highly recommend them.

These egg tart pans are well made and is the perfect size for a Portuguese egg tart. The pans are non-stick and the bottom pushes up to easily release the egg tart without damaging the delicate edges. The 12 egg tarts fit perfectly on a full size cookie sheet and is a good amount to make in one batch. These molds are thin and distributes the heat evenly. Overall, I'm impressed with the ease of use of these egg tart molds. Since these molds are quite thin, I do have concerns about their longevity and how long these pans will stay non-stick.

The set comes with 12 steel molds with removable base plates and a silicone brush.The steel surface feels like a non-stick coating that is slick to the touch.Some of the edges were hit and miss. The bottom hole cutout as well as the base plate has rough edges that should have been deburred. The top wavy edge also had some improper cuts that left hard corners, so better QC is required.Otherwise, the steel molds feel solid. The removable base plate allows the tarts to be de-molded without damaging the crust, so that’s a major plus.At the time of this review, the molds were priced at $23.89 with an available 10% off coupon.

These are solid and I have no issues with them. The bottom is very easily removable, it's basically loosely on. This means when pouring ingredients or making it, you have to make sure not to tilt the tart pan or else the bottom can become loose. It's mostly tight but if you use anything too watery, it risks dripping. I.E I tried to make steamed Chinese egg tarts on this and it did not come out well, half of it dripped out the bottom :( , I would only use this with flour mixes and nothing too watery

I love making Keylime tarts, and I was short of pans for a batch. These came to the rescue, and they are absolutely perfect. They are sturdy enough to handle, pressing in a crust, the bottom lip so easily, and the entire thing has a nonstick surface. Though I normally do use a round liner at the bottom, the nonstick surface is really helpful on the sides. This beautiful set even came with a little pink silicone pastry brush! These are really great, decent quality, bake well, wash easily, no complaints!!!
