The box looks cheap and is very plain. Inside is a plastic bag. Within that the two blocks, wrapped neatly in pink oil soaked paper. The edges have been crudely and unevenly beveled. But the surfaces are smooth and my dial calipers show them to be precisely 25.00mm, 50.00mm, and 75.00mm with the needle exactly dead nuts on the line. Impressed, was expecting worse. Edges need to be rubbed with a fine stone to remove the tiny burrs that you can't really feel with your fingers, but can feel interfering slightly rubbing one against the other with a light oil. Cannot complain, excellent value and precise tool. Didn't check threads yet. Hopefully not imperial like the description says, but if so, not the end of the world.

Mine weren't wrapped in oil soaked paper. They were wrapped in dry plastic.The remnants of some kind of oil seems to be present, long since dried up and departed, with staining and in places rust.I cleaned up a couple of the worst sides and found pitting so I can't reliably say they're dimensionally reliable any longer.The box looks like something you'd find in an estate sale that had been sitting in someones shed for 20 years.I purchased mine through AMYRAINTERNATIONAL if that helps anyone else.Disappointing, but I'm going to try purchasing again, just in case it's the one vendor, as I notice it's changed, and the description from others isn't what I received.I'll update my review if it pans out.I just took delivery of some regular 1-2-3 blocks, and they were pristine.. Again wrapped in anti corrosive oil paper. Not completely sure what happened here.

After going thru wash tank, one of two rusted. Only way to get rid of grease used for packaging though. After drenching with WD, and air, measured. Noticed one of 2, had missing chamfers and hole locations were way off. Measured, and they are well under what I consider workable with the tolerances I have at work. I would have been okay with hole locations, But after measuring, have to return. Not to mention the box they came in has obviously been sitting around a shop. I’m thinking these were used, and they cleaned them up, removing way too much material.I’ve had good luck in the past ordering a cheap set so don’t be discouraged. Maybe they’ll get restocked when this posts.
