About using usb flash drives on different devices:
• i device (System Version needs to be 8.2 or above )
1. 256gb flash drive for Phone needs to download a APP "LUV-Share" to assist. The application interface is simple, beautiful and easy to understand.
2. If the usb flash drive is not recognized by the Phone after it is plugged, please try to plug it several times, or try to plug the front and back of the usb flash drive. If the usb flash drive still cannot be recognized, please try the following steps: Exit all apps in the background of the Phone＞Uninstall LUV-Share＞Turn off Phone for a minute and then turn it on＞Search ''LUV-Share'' in the App Store and download＞Try to plug the usb flash drive. ( It is like a computer system, and if left on for a long time, it can cause the system to crash or get stuck, making it hard to recognize usb sticks)
• Android (Android phones need to support the OTG function)
1. Most Android device can use flash drive directly when plugging, can find the flash drive on your device in : File Manager.
2. If Android phone can not find thumb drive and for use jump drive all functions much easier, we suggest to download APP “Dual Magic Flash” from GooglePlay or Internet.
Please Note:
1. The phone case may prevent the proper connection between a phone and a USB flash drive, which could result in the phone being unable to recognize the USB flash drive. In this situation, please do not conclude that the usb flash drive cannot be used, remove the phone case and try again.
2. You can’t transfer or watch media files downloaded from iTunes or other 3rd party apps, because these files are Digital Rights Management protected.
3. Sometimes iCloud will backup your files automatically. You need to download the files that are backed up by iCloud before transferring them to usb drive.
4. The FAT32 format is typically suitable for small-capacity flash drives and offers better compatibility. For large-capacity USB flash drives, it is recommended to use exFAT or FAT32 as the preferred format, with exFAT being the preferred option. If you encounter issues transferring files on the flash drive for Phone, you can convert the format from FAT32 to exFAT through formatting. Please ensure to save the files before formatting to prevent any data loss.
5. After using the photo stick, please ensure to disable any apps related to the Phone flash drive and gently unplug the USB flash drive. This will help prevent any damage to the files stored on the USB flash drive.

I’ve backed up all my photos to this little device and it works really well. It’s a little confusing on how to use it because all the pictures are so small when you are picking the ones to back up. It doesn’t copy them small. They are copied what ever size the pics are but if you are selecting some of them to copy they are hard to see but what I do is copy them all. I don’t pick and chose, I just do em all.

The set up for this device was reasonably straightforward, but the device was unusable after the first backup. Here are the details: I plugged the drive into my phone and I was prompted to install the app which manages the file transfer. Unfortunately, my phone battery died during the initial backup. After recharging my phone to 100%, I tried to do another backup.The app (or the phone) did not recognize the drive. As a result, I could not do a file transfer. I then tried plugging the drive into another phone and another computer—no response. I the uninstalled the app, turned the phone off, turned it back on and reinstalled the app. No response. No recognition of the drive.After trying similar techniques and reading the instructions, I included that the flash drive was unusable.Since the drive was no longer recognized by the app (or any phone or computer), I am also unsure of what, if any, information was copied to the drive during the original transfer. As a result, I am not going to return it.This item is either part of a scam or just a very low quality product. Do not waste your time or money on this flash drive. It does not work.

I am pleased with this product. Directions are a bit unclear, but I eventually figured it out and it did as advertised. I was able to download about 60 videos off of my iphone onto the drive. The product arrived in the time promised and it has done as advertised so I am pleased with my purchase.

I purchased this to transfer items from my iPhone & iPad. That part worked great. Easy to transfer once you down load the app. It didnt have as much storage as I expected it to have though. I tried to put the items on put on the flash drive on my computer so my drive would be empty. But you need a Mac computer I guess because I could put the items on my dell laptop. I couldn’t down load the app to the dell laptop. So so far I would recommend this flash drive unless you have a Mac if you want to transfer then data to. I am a disappointed in this purchase.

Easy to use, works great, small. Had lots of photos and videos on my phone my iCloud storage was full so I downloaded to my laptop but a lot of the videos didn’t work or the pictures came out half until I got this drive I plugged it into my iPhone downloaded the rest of the pictures and videos that did not work the other way and then stuck on my laptop and it worked fabulous all videos played all pictures showed up full pictures instead of just half a picture it’s great thank you
