This fit perfect on a 4x8 trailer. The notch in the back top allows for it to slide back just enough. The box is sturdy and holds enough. There are 8 ratchet straps, 2-hitches, a foldable lug wrench, and a jack. It all fits and is enough for what I need it for. I welded a base on the trailer it to sit on and hold it on the trailer.

I have the spare tire mounted on the front of the trailer and this box fit perfectly between the spare tire and the trailer lift jack. Nice quality, good looking box.

Nice water tight box. The lift struts are a bit stiff. I just took them off since the lid is small

Box is lightweight and easy to mount. I did add a 3/16 thick gasket so it would be watertight. Would buy again.

I use this on my rental trailer to store equipment always works great. Comes with a lock and key update. I have had it for a year and still working perfect.

Overall, I like this. The diamond pattern is a little bit too large format. I would have appreciated a smaller format diamond pattern that would have had more ridges and been more anti-slip. Biggest issue is that it arrived damage because it's a trapezoid and the box it was in was a trapezoid. So of course the corners sticking out at the edges, were exposed and really not packed very well for delivery shipping on a truck to your house. House. They were packed efficiently for somebody sticking them inside a shipping container from China, but they should have been put into a square box to protect the corners. So fail on the packaging. Also, the gauge of the metal is a little bit lighter than I would have liked. It's okay in general, but it's not as robust as it could be. I'm going to add some weather stripping around the top, even though it has weather stripping, it doesn't make contact with the box when it's sealed because of the gas strut. So I liked it, enough to keep it even though it was damaged, but really I should get some kind of credit for it being damaged. And I would say that you get what you pay for here. It's probably worth about $75 imo.

I have a spare tire mount to the front of my trailer in this was perfect. It doesn’t interfere with my turning radius and it holds plenty. I love the way the lid pops up when I open it very well-made.
