Nice to have storage for tools without having to carry a full size diamond plate tool box.Fits flush an mounts easily.Wish they were a bit larger an had more room.Idk how the plastic is going to holdup overtime but nice box overall.

I like that this is cheaper than the brand name and installs just as easily. The plastic quality isn't the best. It does leak a little in heavy rain. Also, the locks are different for both, so you need both keys. You can probably replace them fairly easily as others have noted. At the end of the day, it serves it's purpose, so I do not have things piling up in the truck or sliding around in the bed.

This was a great purchase. Plenty of storage room in these and they are solid enough to hold your gear. Hinges matched right up to the side wall, and attach with 4 self tapping metal screws. The locking mechanism, bolts onto the hinge and then attaches to the bed wall with another 2 self tapping screws. The separate keys aren't huge, they are the size of 1990's car keys with the plastic ends. and will easily fit into the glove box..These dont come with instructions, and that isn't a problem. There are literally 3 main pieces to each unit. The storage box, the side wall hinge and the steel arm to attach for the Storage box latch.. That's it.. If you need instructions for this assembly, then you shouldn't be using tools to begin with.. The first box I attached took 10 mins, TOPS ( I was figuring out the process), the second box was less than 5 mins...Only thing that could be better was if the Storage boxes had foam or rubber lining on the lid to keep out water.

The product is what it is. It installs easily and works. Plastic, hard plastic tubs, and lid. Locks are metal but clip in and had to be adjusted. It maybe a compromise but it is better than climbing into the bed to reach into a tool box. I’m this set up is easy access for light duty work. Ball and hitch, ratchet straps and a few tools.

Bought these for some storage for straps and tie downs so I could reclaim my backseat. The instructions were useless "put it together and mark where to drill" is the extent. It was fairly self explanatory though, so won't dock for that. The quality is trash though. Thin plastic, the top of one of them was warped, so it doesn't shut correctly. Even empty, it starts to sag when swung out for use because of how thin mounting bracket is. The locks are the only way to hold them closed, and they barely work as a latch. 20# of pulling on the top and the latch pulls out of the case, making the lock useless.Do not remotely recommend.

This is a hard-to-find item for a decent price: for a 4-door F150 equipped with a rear Sony subwoofer. For those looking, they will know what I mean by this. On Amazon I felt the price to be fair and it was substantially less cost than others. Most of these products for F150's are made for trucks without the rear Sony subwoofer and are easy to find. With the subwoofer, however, sources are very limited and other places are very pricey. Here- I feel the price is okay especially with free shipping. Quality I think could drastically be improved. It's usable of course, but on the thin side. The plastic is a bit thin; the strapping is thin but works. I was impressed by the fit- could feel it just "click" into place with the shape of the truck. Further, I sorely wish the divider was better quality- it's foam. I would prefer a more rigid divider myself, but easy enough to just make one if needed. I suppose the intention is for customers to be able to easily cut the divider's top edges to fit whatever items to lie across. Overall, the other units I ran across for the Sony subwoofer-equipped trucks were few and far between and MUCH more expensive. There are videos and how-to's to make your own, but I didn't want to do that. Seat folds down nicely over the top so long as the straps aren't in the way, which is a bit of a puzzle. Again, I may find some thicker straps to use on it. I'm not a big fan of how thin the plastic is, so with the Arizona heat, and very cold winters where I live, we shall see how the temp changes effect the plastic and if it cracks. For the comparative price ($89 vs. $130), I'm giving this one a shot. Looks nice on top of my WeatherTech floormat to protect my carpet, seat folds down well. I'll update if this thing breaks or fails but upon install I'm happy with it. Free shipping was a pretty big factor as well. r-.

Well, we can start with the instructions, which are a single piece of paper, printed on the last two drops of an ink cartridge making them barely legible. Once you do make out what they say, you find it's not much. Although as others have said installing is pretty simple. That being said, everything is so flimsy and poorly manufactured that nothing lines up evenly, so the whole thing flops and sags and the bracket struggles to latch into place. Speaking of latches, the lid of these boxes does not have a latch only a simple lock, so you must have the key to in order to open and shut them. I believe the box dimensions are metric, which means nothing I own fits properly, meaning I'm only able to utilize about 80% of the already limited space. Also, these boxes are much smaller than expected, would maybe be the perfect size for a short bed truck bit they are tiny on a full size pickup.Overall, I wish I could return these but have already damaged them. Go buy something better. These aren't meant for holding tools.
