I loved everything about the canner, it worked so well. How did I lose my life without it all this time if you are a canner, then this is for you. I was able to get 9 quarts in it. I loved it so well I purchased another one. Just turn it on and forget it. I did not have to add water again and again when it reaches the temperature the timer starts and you just walk away and leave it then it dings when it’s done. I will cherish this for the rest of my life.

I'm a master canner and farmer. I sell organic Farm-to-Jar products so I am canning 5 days a week. I have Electric canners but none this size. I was very excited when I saw that a large capacity , electric canner was available. I also like the fact that it has a timer on it. I unpacked the canner and I was impressed by its size and that it was able to fit two levels of pint size jars (stacked, 22 pints total). It heats the water very fastwhich cut my canning time down by at least a third. After I loaded full jars it hardly took any time at all to come to a full boil. I set the timer for the process time and it shut off itself. All my jars sealed, it was wonderful. I love how large and efficient this electric canner is. I'm going to purchase two more so I can have three going all at once. I can a lot! I would recommend this canner!
