I needed to fix a cork joint in my son's clarinet. This kit was nice in that it had precut cork strips and was a decent value. I used glue and pieces from another kit so installation was ok. You will need glue, a shoe string or something to tie around the cork, and sand paper to sand it down. The cork seemed too thick. After sanding, it functioned and fit. I likely would not purchase this kit again. If we need to do this again I will pay the music shop as I find out it costs around $5 for them to do it.

Quite thick and not long enough for the larger tenons.Had to do a lot of sanding to get these small enough to assemble. On the larger tenons they are about 4mm short. Reviewing other kits for something more user friendly.
