I will never go back to using C hooks without this little latch again! Besides that, these are pretty standard. They install easily, are sturdy, a good size, and look good at a good price. But what really makes them great is the latch that prevents things from slipping off these.

We finally decided to put up Christmas lights this year. These were perfect for the job. We did drill pilot holes in the eves first and these were easy to install. No issues with the lights moving in the wind. They are also small enough that they won't look weird the rest of the year. Cannot speak for longevity yet as we just put them up.

I used the hooks to hang felt planters on a privacy fence. The plants have begun to grow and they are holding up well.

They are hooks…..they hold stuff up. We used them for deck lights and they are doing fine.
