These are good quality steel eye pad hooks with a nice polished finish and all the hardware you would need to mount them.

work well and are secure enough to hang something that weighs 2 lbs to the ceiling ( all I need)

I have an air filter for my workshop that I needed to mount to the ceiling. More specifically, hang it close to the ceiling so that it pulls the air in better to filter it. I have rafters and needed a way to securely fasten the chains to. It was the perfect size for attaching to those rafters and then I used the hooks to attach the chains to the pad eyes. Now it's hanging off of these four and was the perfect solution. Much more secure than using screw eyes because each pad has four screw holes. I wish the price were a little lower considering what they are, but it's fine.
