I have been using JOVANT pruning tool for some sessions of pruning in my backyard. I am not a pro, but this tool not only lived up to its promises but far surpassed them in several key areas, making it an indispensable addition to my gardening toolkit.Ease of Use: One of the standout features of this pruning tool is its ease of use. From the moment I picked it up, I was impressed by its ergonomic design, which made it comfortable to hold and maneuver. The intuitive controls meant I could start using it immediately without having to consult the manual extensively.Sharpness and Precision: The blades are exceptionally sharp and maintain their edge even after extensive use. I used it to prune apple, maple, and pear trees, and each cut was clean and precise. This sharpness not only makes pruning more efficient but also promotes the health of the trees by making clean cuts that heal quickly.Battery Life: The battery life of this pruning tool is phenomenal. It lasted far longer than I expected, even when used for extended periods.Performance: In terms of performance, this pruning tool is second to none. It handled thick branches with ease and provided the power needed for more demanding tasks. The consistent performance and lack of jams or slowdowns further attest to the high quality of this tool.Durability: Built with sturdy materials, this pruning tool feels durable and well-constructed. Despite being lightweight, it shows no signs of wear and tear after several intense pruning sessions.Overall Experience: My overall experience with this pruning tool has been nothing short of amazing. It has made pruning tasks quicker, easier, and more enjoyable. The combination of sharp blades, long battery life, and user-friendly design makes it the best pruning tool I've ever used.If you're in the market for a reliable, efficient, and easy-to-use pruning tool, I highly recommend this one. Thanks,

Great product, very well made and good quality. Speeds up the pruning task with efficiency. This is a working tool and caution needs to be used to avoid cutting off your fingers or otherwise injuring yourself. Product was selected over several others as the extended pole length was clearly, accurately described and not using a "6-foot user" for vague length description. Using the extension pole to full length at angles gives a great upper-body workout also as an additional benefit. Great customer service and follow up to an issue I had.Would definitely recommend this product and seller.

This tool is pretty awesome. I’ve used it over the last three weekends on only one charge. I’ve been cutting back a fruitless olive tree and an out of control bougainvillea. It’s worked great.I do find the pole a bit heavy when extended, but remote activation through the handle works great. After trimming things I use the main roll to slice and dice the cuttings so that I can fit more into my green bin. I’m still surprised that the battery hasn’t needed recharging. It’s also managed to cut some pretty thick branches that I would have used loopers for in the past.Definitely a good buy.

This is a great tool, and perhaps one of my favorite purchases in 2024. It works great as described, it's sharp, it has power, it has reach..... but the battery life.... simply amazing and looooooooong... highly recommended!

It’s easy to operate, cuts as it should and not heavy or awkward. I have arthritis in my hands and wrist, so it was difficult to attach and remove the tool from the extension bar. I had to hold it with my knees and use both hands. It’s worth every penny I spent.

SO, I already have another manufacturers version of the cutter tool. The cutter with this tool is just as good. The idea of being able to have 15 feet [or so] of additional reach seemed very appealing. But, just like my Stihl motorized pole saw, that heavy tool on the end of a really long pole is painfully difficult to handle. It's *heavy* and if your tire from using it, you risk dropping the whole thing. Second, you *cannot* see the cutting blade and jaw opening easily. So you have to hunt around until you get that branch in the cutter jaw. Pull the trigger and prepare to get hit on the head with the just cut branch. Good times. Next we have the "safety trigger lock": Now, Its hard enough trying to manage the tool on the end of the pole, now you *must* reach for and depress the safety button in order to allow the trigger to get the tool to cut. That really adds to the difficulty of using this extended pole cutter. As is my habit, I voided my warranty and bypassed the safety. Why do you need a safety trigger when the cutter is 15 feet away??? But that one modification added a star to the rating. Finally, when you are done using the tool and want to collapse the pole, be prepared for one of the most frustrating things you will ever encounter. The wires that enable the cutter on the pole end to work are inside the collapsible pole. When you try to get the sections to go back down you can feel the wiring inside start to jam. If you try too hard you will damage the wires. So do you collapse the pole from the top or the bottom. It doesn't matter. You just keep trying, back and forth, wash rinse repeat, until *finally* the wire retracts without jamming. It's inevitable that this weak point in their design will fail. If you are not mechanically and electrically proficient, you will not be able to repair it easily. For my next warranty violation I will likely to go ahead and run a new set of wires on the *outside* of the pole. I just can't abstract how to do that "nicely". Yet.
