recently moved in and i wanted something simple/affordable without breaking the bank. we see a lot of home security which is also safe, but i like the practicality of this doorstopper. Yes you can see what goes in with a security camera but at least this jammer slows down potential burglarers. once they feel that tug while trying to open the door, then they know it is gonna be even more fo a risk to try to break in because of how much noise they will make. the overall quality is decent. i would not say that this is a sturdy build. it is flimsy at some points but since the door opens towards the jam, the pressure is going down in the shape of the door stopper, so it makes it tough to push the door in further without being obnoxious. i leave it on my back door, which lays on a carpet. the foot of the door stopper pivots, so it allows adjustability to the angle from your door handle or window.i would recommend this to anyone who wants a security product that gets straight into the protection. this says nothing against security cameras but it is a great alternative and a lot cheaper. 5/5 and i would get another one

I recently moved to a new apt, and my door faces the outside for the first time in my life. I have a wife and a four-year-old son, and I worry about their safety at night while we are sleeping or when I am at work, and they are home alone. I started researching products to secure the door and came across this one. I was looking for ease of initial installation, ease of ongoing installation daily, durability, stability, and functionality, and I am pleased with how this product performed. Installation was easy, and I was done in 5 min. I tested with the door unlocked and was not able to open it. Sturdy, stable, and easy to install under duress and pressure. Ease of daily ongoing installation is super important to me because I have seen videos on the internet where someone is followed. They enter the door seconds before an attacker comes arounds the corner. I wanted a solution that could go up and seconds, and this product does that amazingly. It gives me so much piece of mind that my family is safer, and it gives us extra time to contact emergency services and hold off an attacker until help arrives. Great product, and I recommend it to anyone who needs an additional level of protection.

Whenever I rent an Airbnb or hotel room, I take this along and it makes me feel very safe. It works so easily, and it can collapse into a short bar that can go in your suitcase.

We moved into a new apartment and aren't able to install better knobs or locks. None of the bedrooms have locks but they have carpeted floor so this doesn't do much use there; the bottom has a rubber grip that sticks for flat surfaces and makes it much harder to open a door. It doesn't really work on carpeted floors. We didn't really intend for these to be used there but tested them just in case. The instructions were a little unclear so it took a bit of playing around to get it to work, but since we put it together we haven't had to do any maintenance or fixes on it.It was a cheap, reliable fix that brought us extra security, so I would recommend it.

This is a good product. Assembly was super easy and of course how to set them up to the doors were just as easy. It may not be a trump tight security system but, it does make me feel a little safer knowing that the door(s) are just a little more secure at night, especially the back door. I definitely recommend this product especially to single people (ladies in particular... :) ) Not only can this be used for its intended purpose, it can double as a weapon too...lol ;) They have a good weight to them. This was a good purchase.

Fits window and door fine. Flimsy if you need to extend it to third or 4th slot, but looks to at least slow someone down if need be. Value was good. Easy to set up and use.

DeberÃa tener un mejor sistema de agarre al piso, una vez colocado la goma se resbala en loseta cerámica, creo que una patada no tan fuerte lo elimina, serÃa bueno incluir una alarma de movimiento.
