I researched a lot of dutch ovens before choosing this Cookwin one. I love it! The graduated teal tones are pretty, and don't stain at all. I appreciate that they didn't try to put enamel on the edges of the pot or lid, so the enamel won't chip in those frequently-scraped spots. It bakes sourdough beautifully and washes right up.

This beautiful container is perfect for cooktop to oven - I easy to clean . It is fairly heavy but that is the cast iron purpose in its manufacture to stay warm longer & retain flavor. Oven to tabletop for serving is perfect too.

This smaller size Dutch oven is great for making smaller batches of soup, or even deep frying. For example, I use it to deep fry falafel, because I can cook a few at a time, and keep them from burning. Clean up is easy, and great value because of its versatility.

I ordered this pan in cream color. It came the next day. It is heavy which I expect it to be as it is cast iron. I cooked orzo and nothing stuck. It cleaned beautifully. It kept the food warm for a long time.It the right size I wanted and can hold over 5 cups of liquid. I bought from this company after reading reviews. They are a small business, but I’m so glad I took a chance. It’s a great pan so far!

I’m so glad I finally ordered this Dutch oven! Color is Teal and exactly as pictured. I’ve usedit several times already, and have no complaints. I can’t wait to make more “winter†meals in it! Buy it for yourself…..you’ll love it.

I wanted a replacement for two of my nonstick pans. This does fit the bill. It’s heavy like a cast iron skillet, it cooks evenly, maintains the heat well, easily cleaned, comes pre-seasoned. The color is beautiful! I have two other cerestone cast iron pans with the same color. I’ve used this once to cook burgers. So far so good.It arrived quickly but the top does have a small chip in the paint. It’s not a huge concern for me.

This is my first enameled cast iron Dutch oven. I’ve been using larger stainless steel versions for at least 15 years to make soups. I’ve always had trouble maintaining a proper simmer. It’s either roiling or just sitting there. This pan came up to simmer quickly and provided the exact simmer I wanted without my having to check on it frequently. It’s also a great size for a batch of soup (6 servings). Cleanup is a breeze. It’s so pretty that I leave it on top of the stove for color. Very pleased!
