I wanted to get into bread making and realized Dutch ovens aren’t cheap! I needed a 6 quart for my recipe. Walmart and target were too overpriced. So to Amazon I went. This was on a Black Friday deal. It came well packaged, it was easy to clean, withheld 475 degrees for an hour, and is cute! My bread came out perfect! I’d buy another from this brand in a heart beat!

I bought this for baking sourdough because my other Dutch oven was much larger. This is a really great size for making a normal size loaf. The qualities is fine and is definitely not a problem for what I’m using it for. It’s not too heavy and it’s pretty easy to clean with stains coming off very easily with a bit of baking soda. I haven’t used it for anything else yet, but I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it. It does have a chip already, but it is on the lids so it does not impact functionality at all.

I received this item as a gift. It is a beautiful shade of red. I've only used it for baking bread (the reason it was on my list) and it has turned out beautiful crusty loaves every time. It's my first dutch oven so I have no comparison but I am completely satisfied with this item.

I waited a little while before reviewing.This is a great Dutch oven. It is the perfect size for my breads. Planning on buying again.

We have cooked about 6 meals in this, including saag, potato soup, scrambled tofu and various curries. Following the instructions, we heat it slowly at first and have seen no discoloration so far. Any food that seems to stick comes off easily with soap and water. It is very heavy, but it's supposed to be!
