Four out of five leaked out of the valve where the handle attaches.The leaks stopped after tightening the bolt underneath the handle.So I had to remove the bolt for the handle, tighten the bolt underneath, then re screw on the handle.I gave four stars because this product had me really worried I would have to unsolder all my work buy different valves and solder it all back up again.If they spent some time making sure the bolt is tightened correctly they would have a 5 star product.

A good price with shipping, replaced sons main water line and used this for a shut off.

The first one it was obvious that the handle stopped turning before the ball was completely seated. The second one had the handle nut screwed on at an angle so the handle would not sit flat and it stopped the ball from turning so there was a gap where water would have leaked out. Probably most importantly the fact that these are advertised as "full port" but the bore in the chromed ball is less than the required 0.75 inches to be able to make that claim. I could have fiddled with these and taken my chances but time is valuable and the quality is poor, so don't waste time! Buy quality next time.

These ball valves are nice as I can use them for water and natural gas...
