This C-clamp stand for a desktop is the perfect solution to add lighting for Zoom or Live Stream where you have a tight space like a desk against a wall / in a corner. Very lightweight yet still sturdy, clamps down easily to the desk and holds solid in place. The maximum height is 22" so take that into consideration. I have a 27" monitor on a stand in front of this light and at max height the light clears my monitor just fine. The stand has a standard 1/4" mounting screw so it allows you to mount anything else you want like a camera on it. I first purchased the Dazzne D50 two light kit that included 2 tripod stands, a remote, and a carrying case. I needed to mount one of the D50's on my office desktop so I purchased this C-clamp separately to get the best value and lighting flexibility option. Now I can use the D50 lighting anywhere as portable or fixed to my desk. By the way, the Dazzne D50 light panel attached is large (14"x9 1/2"), lightweight, and brighter than you will need. I'm using it at 25%-40% brightness and having the remote included allows you to make adjustments on demand without having to get up and reach behind the panel. The D50 light panel comes with the white diffuser panel already in place for a softer light. Overall this is a great lighting combination that I would highly recommend.

I teach online and bought these to replace my umbrella-light, floor stands. I kept knocking over the floor stands and breaking the fragile, light umbrellas. These attach firmly to my desk and don't move! I should have bought them years ago!

UPDATE:Dazzne support proactively and quickly reached out to me after seeing my earlier problem and offered to rush me a new unit. I received it the next day and tested it out and it worked perfectly. I've updated my review to reflect the excellent customer support and their desire to make it right. Manufacturing errors can happen that sometimes are missed during inspection, so I'm going to mark that up as an anomaly. Thanks Dazzne for your desire to provide a good customer experience.--------------I'm pretty sure this is not a standard experience, but mine broke in the first 5 minutes. The pole broke off from the base clamp. Looks like an error during product assembly. The screw that connects to the base clamp was only connected with one groove of the screw hole and popped out and stripped that first ring with very little pressure. Can't seem to do anything about it but send it back as the bolt is well blocked by the glued in protective cover so i can't adjust it myself.

I wanted a way to mount my camera on my sit/stand desk for zoom calls. This is the perfect solution. I also had to buy a ball head mount so I could easily change the positioning but it works great together. It’s not a 10/10 quality but definitely does the job. Has held up well, just feels a bit cheap.

Though it's advertised for use with a camera, I had another use for its application. I needed to mount some LG desktop speakers and couldn't find what I was looking from 'stands'. I needed something higher and could mount on the desk and these did the trick.The tricky part for me is finding a base to mount on top, but I searched on Amazon for, but ended up making my own.Construction is top tier and a great value. The extra parts is a bonus as I have other camera mounts I can use it with.

These are ok, the rods themselves are sturdy but be careful with tightening anything. All the screws and mounts want to strip out easily and I was just using my bare hands.

Does what it says it does. I only wish that the mount had a swivel or something to adjust the horizontal/vertical orientation. The fact that I can adjust the height though has been great as I've been using this for a projector. It even supports a fair amount of weight which is what I was most worried about. Initially I had a hard time levelling it out but a little "mcguiver-ing" goes a long way.If you're in the market for a simple, easy to use and budget friendly mount, then this one will do the trick.Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to others.
