Works very well converting perfectly useable PS2 style to USB style. Highly recommend. Don't throw out perfectly fine mice. Convert them.

My new computer did not have PS/2 ports. I have used a shaped keyboard and mouse for years because of carpal tunnel. This device allowed me to continue to use older equipment on a new computer via the USB port. Thus I did not need to purchase a new keyboard and mouse at this time.
